❓ FAQs
When will my letter arrive?
Mailers are sent out on the 15th of each month. Orders before the 15th get that month’s package; orders on or after the 15th start the following month. US deliveries take 3–8 days; international may take longer.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
Easy! Use the link in your confirmation email, or reach out at [email protected].
What if I didn’t receive my envelope?
Email [email protected] and I’ll make sure it gets to you—or refund you if needed.
Can I gift this subscription?
Yes! There are now options to send 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months of The Art Alchemist's Envelope to a loved one! Depending on the package you sign up for will determine how many consecutive months they will receive. The first mailer they receive will include a note with your name, and an optional message to include. I will also include a bit about the mailer, how many they will receive, and a way for them to sign up if they want to continue to receive it once your gift runs out. Will I need art supplies?
You will receive coloring pages, journal pages, and some other paper for artistic experiences inside your mailer. However, you will need to have the art supplies you'd like to use for any coloring, drawing, and/or painting, etc. No need to stock up right away. All instructions will be included in each month's envelope. You can get supplies from discount stores, or you can add some high end supplies from an art store - up to you.
Typically, you'll just need something to color with, and a pen or marker for notes; but on occasion, I may request other supplies.
Do I need to be good at art?
Absolutely not! This is for ANYONE! We're mostly coloring and using a doodle-style drawing method in our activities, so you don't need to be an artist - but also - if you are an artist, this is for you too! Our methods utilize the magic of art for it's power, so it's more about the act of creating art than the art you create looking beautiful. (Though, I'm sure it will anyway!)

What do they get?
They will receive everything that goes into that month's mailer*
PLUS, they will get an additional GIFT note with your name as the sender, and a short gift note (optional to you). They will also receive information about the mailer, how many they will receive in your gift, and how to sign up for more, if they want to continue after the gift runs out.
*Gifts are not eligible to become Founder's Club Members - but if they sign up for a monthly subscription after, and are within the first 100 members, they will get into the Founder's Club.
When do they receive their mailer?
The GIFT mailer will begin starting on the next mailing cycle (mailers go out on the 15th of the month). So, if you sign up for a 3 month gift on the 1st of the month, then their first month's mailer will go out on the 15th of that same month, and then continue for two consecutive months afterward.
