❓ FAQs
When will my letter arrive?
Mailers are sent out on the 15th of each month. Orders before the 15th get that month’s package; orders on or after the 15th start the following month. US deliveries take 3–8 days; international may take longer.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
Easy! Use the link in your confirmation email, or reach out at [email protected].
What if I didn’t receive my envelope?
Email [email protected] and I’ll make sure it gets to you—or refund you if needed.
Can I gift this subscription?
Yes! Reach out to [email protected] while I finish setting up the gifting option.
Will I need art supplies?
You will receive coloring pages, journal pages, and some other paper for artistic experiences inside your mailer. However, you will need to have the art supplies you'd like to use for any coloring, drawing, and/or painting, etc. No need to stock up right away. All instructions will be included in each month's envelope. You can get supplies from discount stores, or you can add some high end supplies from an art store - up to you.
Typically, you'll just need something to color with, and a pen or marker for notes; but on occasion, I may request other supplies.
Do I need to be good at art?
Absolutely not! This is for ANYONE! We're mostly coloring and using a doodle-style drawing method in our activities, so you don't need to be an artist - but also - if you are an artist, this is for you too! Our methods utilize the magic of art for it's power, so it's more about the act of creating art than the art you create looking beautiful. (Though, I'm sure it will anyway!)
