Neurographic Art
A distinctly structured drawing process that taps into your subconscious, rewires your brain, and creates lasting change in your life.
(Style - Drawing on Paper)
This powerful and meditative drawing technique of Neurographic Art, developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, combines art, psychology, and neuroscience to relieve stress, process emotions, and develop self-awareness. It's an easy-to-draw method using flowing lines, rounded intersections, and organic shapes that actually create new neural pathways for clarity and creativity. The process of drawing is where the magic happens, discoveries are made, and a new you is created. Each class will feature a different algorithm of Neurographic art, and various topics to explore.

The Art Flowshop®
A two-hour one-of-a-kind painting, meditation, and empowerment experience...
Designed for flow, reconnection inward, intuitive expression, and empowerment.

The intention of the Art Flowshop® is to use the act of painting, as a way of dropping into your "flow state" (see below), getting back in touch with yourself, and allowing insights to flow in.
"Flow State", often called "being in the zone," is a mental state of complete immersion, intense focus, and energized enjoyment in an activity, where actions feel automatic and self-consciousness disappears. Flow state can amplify peak performance metrics such as increasing creativity and productivity.
This art class isn't meant for creating amazing art; it’s meant for creating a path to inner alignment, lasting joy, productivity, and a new level of power over your life - by using Art as Alchemy.

👉FIRST TIMERS: Please choose from an "All Levels". Those classes are open to everyone.
👉ADVANCED LEVEL: These classes are only available to those who have taken a Neurographic Art class before (either with me or elsewhere). These classes will have limited space and include a more advanced algorithm + a deeper dive into the subconscious with group coaching.
LOCATION: This is a private studio located near Bolcum/Burr in St. Charles, IL. You will receive the address via email once your class is booked. Make sure to check your SPAM folder, if you don't our emails in your inbox.
As a reminder...
You don't need to be an artist. Our classes are geared toward empowerment, transformation, and creating a powerful YOU - by using artistic practices, so all are welcome. Classes are geared toward adults (or young adults 14+) at least, for now.

This Neurographic Art session will open up the flow for movement in your life. During this drawing session, the art will reveal things to you as you draw. This is a perfect class for someone new to Neurographic Art, and for those who feel a bit stuck or stagnant and want to create some forward momentum.

✍️Remove Blocks using Neurographic Art
(All Levels)
This Neurographic Art session will help you discover subconscious blocks, preventing you from living powerfully, and melt them away. This is a perfect class for someone new to Neurographic Art, and for those who want to uncover their subconscious blocks and remove them.

✍️Discovery Flow using Neurographic Art (All Levels)
This Neurographic Art session will put you into the flow to discover what wants to be known. During this drawing session, the art will reveal things to you as you draw. This is a perfect class for someone new to Neurographic Art, and for those who feel a bit stuck or stagnant and want to create some forward momentum.

The below classes are for Advanced Level alchemists who have drawn Neurographic Art in at least one class prior.
Sunday, October 4th (3 - 5:30pm)
✍️Goal Mapping with Neurographic Art (Advanced Level)
In this Neurographic Art session we will focus on a goal we want to reach, and then map out a roadmap to achieving it. This class includes a high level of group coaching in a small, intimate setting for maximum transformation and empowerment. This class is for Advanced Level alchemists who have drawn Neurographic Art in at least one class prior to this one.
Friday, October 16th (11am - 1:30pm)
✍️Unlocking Resources with Neurographic Art (Advanced Level)
In this Neurographic Art session we will choose an area or of life or topic we would like to improve, and then unlock resources we may not realize we have to help us. This class includes a high level of group coaching in a small, intimate setting for maximum transformation and empowerment. This class is for Advanced Level alchemists who have drawn Neurographic Art in at least one class prior to this one.

Guided Meditation, Intuitive Painting Session, & Flow State Experience
In this immersive Art Flowshop® experience, you’ll be guided into a powerful flow state using painting, meditation, and music - all designed to help you quiet the mind and reconnect inward. You will observe what's within that wants to be expressed, and then be guided into creating a one-of-a-kind intuitive painting. This isn’t about artistic skill. It’s about accessing your inner guidance system and unlocking your next level.
