The Art Flowshop®
A two-hour one-of-a-kind painting, meditation, and empowerment experience...
Designed for flow, reconnection inward, and empowerment.

The intention of the Art Flowshop® is to use the act of painting, as a way of dropping into your "flow state" (see below), getting back in touch with yourself, and allowing insights to flow in.
"Flow State", often called "being in the zone," is a mental state of complete immersion, intense focus, and energized enjoyment in an activity, where actions feel automatic and self-consciousness disappears. Flow state can amplify peak performance metrics such as increasing creativity and productivity.
This art class isn't meant for creating amazing art; it’s meant for creating a path to inner alignment, lasting joy, productivity, and a new level of power over your life - by using Art as Alchemy.
What you can expect to get in this class:

Guided Meditation and Visualization: Deepen your inward connection and boost clarity.

Peaceful Vibes & All Materials Provided: Just show up (in clothes you don't mind getting paint on - I don't know how messy you are). We'll have the space set up, materials provided, and some treats.
NEUROGRAPHIC ART CLASSES:

Neurographic Art
A distinctly structured drawing process that taps into your subconscious, rewires your brain, and creates lasting change in your life.
(Style - Drawing on Paper)
This powerful and meditative drawing technique of Neurographic Art, developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, combines art, psychology, and neuroscience to relieve stress, process emotions, and develop self-awareness. It's an easy-to-draw method using flowing lines, rounded intersections, and organic shapes that actually create new neural pathways for clarity and creativity. The process of drawing is where the magic happens, discoveries are made, and a new you is created. Each class will feature a different algorithm of Neurographic art, and various topics to explore.
What you can expect to get in this class:
Uncover what's hidden: During the drawing session, you will unlock intelligence buried in your subconscious.

Studio Rules and Things To Know
This is a private studio space, attached to a home residence located in St Charles, IL. There will be instructions on parking and entrance sent via email once your class is booked. Please note that we ensure our studio space feels inclusive and safe for all to be themselves.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
