This is a private art studio, located in St. Charles, IL offering unique art classes that are based around transformation.
Our classes combine artistic expression with neuroscience, psychology, and coaching techniques to help you:

THE ART FLOWSHOP®:
Intuitive Painting & Flow State Activation

The Art Flowshop®
A two-hour one-of-a-kind painting, meditation, and empowerment experience...
Designed for flow, reconnection inward, and empowerment.

The intention of the Art Flowshop® is to use the act of painting, as a way of dropping into your "flow state" (see below), getting back in touch with yourself, and allowing insights to flow in.
"Flow State", often called "being in the zone," is a mental state of complete immersion, intense focus, and energized enjoyment in an activity, where actions feel automatic and self-consciousness disappears. Flow state can amplify peak performance metrics such as increasing creativity and productivity.
This art class isn't meant for creating amazing art; it’s meant for creating a path to inner alignment, lasting joy, productivity, and a new level of power over your life - by using Art as Alchemy.
What you can expect to get in this class:

Neurographic Art
A distinctly structured drawing process that taps into your subconscious, rewires your brain, and creates lasting change in your life.
(Style - Drawing on Paper)
This powerful and meditative drawing technique of Neurographic Art, developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, combines art, psychology, and neuroscience to relieve stress, process emotions, and develop self-awareness. It's an easy-to-draw method using flowing lines, rounded intersections, and organic shapes that actually create new neural pathways for clarity and creativity. The process of drawing is where the magic happens, discoveries are made, and a new you is created. Each class will feature a different algorithm of Neurographic art, and various topics to explore.
What you can expect to get in this class:

CLASS UPDATES & INSTRUCTIONS - FOR NEUROGRAPHIC ART✨
👉If this is your first time ever taking a Neurographic Art class, please choose from one of the classes that says "All Levels". Those classes are open to everyone.
👉"Advance level" classes are only available to those who have taken a Neurographic Art class before (either with me or anyone else). These classes will have limited space and include a more advanced algorithm + a deeper dive into the subconscious with group coaching.
LOCATION NOTE: This is a private studio located near Ferson Creek in St. Charles, IL. You will receive the address via email once your class is booked.

You don't need to be an artist. Our classes are geared toward empowerment, transformation, and creating a powerful YOU - by using artistic practices, so all are welcome. Classes are geared toward adults (or young adults 14+) at least, for now.

Neurographic Art - All Levels:
Wednesday, July 1st at 10am - 12pm: Open Up Creative Flow with Neurographic Art (All Levels)
This Neurographic Art session will help open up your creativity. During this drawing, you will discover more creative flow, ready to be unleashed. This is a perfect class for someone new to Neurographic Art, and for those who feel a bit stuck or stagnant and want to create some forward momentum in this area.
Monday, July 6th at 7 - 9pm: Remove Creative Blocks with Neurographic Art (All Levels)
This Neurographic Art session will help you uncover subconscious blocks around creative expression, and remove them so creativity can flow. This is a perfect class for someone new to Neurographic Art, and for those who want to uncover their subconscious blocks around expression, and remove them.

Friday, July 10th at 6:30 - 9pm: The Art Flowshop® - Unlock Creative Flow - Intuitive Painting & Flow State Experience
In this immersive Art Flowshop® experience, you’ll learn about & be guided into a powerful flow state using painting, meditation, and music - all designed to help you quiet the mind and reconnect inward. The theme is "Unlocking Your Creative Flow". You will observe what's within, and then be guided into creating a one-of-a-kind intuitive painting. This isn’t about artistic skill. It’s about accessing your inner guidance system and reclaiming your power.
Neurographic Art - Advanced Level:
Monday, July 31st at 7-9pm: CreativiTREE - Draw a Neuro Tree to amplify your Creative Expression (Advanced Level)
In this Advanced Neurographic Art & Coaching session we will focus on creative expression. We will utilize the Neuro Tree, to really amplify our creativity. This class includes group coaching in a small intimate setting for maximum transformation and empowerment. This class is for Advanced Level alchemists who have drawn Neurographic Art in at least one class prior to this one.

Studio Rules and Things To Know
This is a private studio space, attached to a home residence located in St Charles, IL (near Ferson Creek). The address is provided to attendees upon class booking. There will be instructions on parking and entrance sent via email once your class is booked. Please note that we ensure our studio space feels inclusive and safe for all to be themselves.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
