For individual coaching sessions or classes, you may request a refund, credit, or transfers of full amount (minus processing fees) prior to the session. For coaching packages, you may request a refund, credit, or transfers of full amount (minus processing fees) prior to the first session. If canceled after you have started, a prorated amount will be available.
